The purpose of TRACE’s Outreach Program is to conduct outreach to individuals at high risk of exploitation, including those experiencing homelessness and instability. Through interactions in shelters, public spaces, and other locations, TRACE seeks to identify, support, and empower individuals at risk. The program is designed to:

Unlike many organizations, TRACE operates on the front lines, going into the streets to find and help those who are most vulnerable before traffickers do.
